If architectural drawings exist, send plan, elevation, section and the load note. A sketch inquiry is possible, but the reply stays at scheme level and cannot settle tonnage.

The foundation interface matters. The shop usually issues base-plate and bolt data; local civil works build foundations. Say who supplies foundations and erection so quotes can be compared.

Attach a sketch or size list. Complete data compares scope, not only the lowest number.
