Roof, wall, gutters and flashings confirmed as one envelope, so the frame price does not omit secondary members or trims.
How a hall looks and sheds water depends on a complete envelope. If roof, wall, corners, flashings and gutters are quoted apart, pieces go missing or profiles clash. A frame price without purlins cannot hold cladding.
State roof and wall build-ups, colour, openings and drainage. Say sandwich or single-skin; do not write “as usual”. Export jobs need packing and destination notes.

Clad only after the frame is aligned. Cut flashings from details, not scrap. Stiffen openings.
This page explains why the envelope is one package. Profiles and trim counts follow the schedule and packing list.
Tiankai Southeast fabricates marked members from approved drawings and supports erection by mark number. Sizes, loads and delivery follow the confirmed design file and contract; this page does not turn uncalculated tonnage, thickness or time into a promise.
