A steel-frame scheme for offices, display and public rooms, driven by plan, storey height and facade—not by copying a plant joint.
Commercial steel is used for offices, showrooms and supporting public rooms. Grid flexibility, closing speed and the facade matter more than crane capacity. A street frontage or a concrete podium needs its own joints and fire breaks.
Send the plan, storey height, openings, any mezzanine or canopy, and the local code. Curtain wall or stone needs embeds and tolerances before the frame is cut.

Shop members go up by mark number. Exposed steel and colour difference should be marked on the approval set. Area and cost are not promised before design.
This page lists what to align first. Grid and cladding follow the design file; attach a sketch to inquire.
Tiankai Southeast fabricates marked members from approved drawings and supports erection by mark number. Sizes, loads and delivery follow the confirmed design file and contract; this page does not turn uncalculated tonnage, thickness or time into a promise.
