Factory and Warehouse Steel Solution from Scheme to Erection

Factory and Warehouse Steel Solution from Scheme to Erection

Plants and stores on one portal-frame path: align span and loads, then fabricate and erect by mark.

Portal frames suit rectangular halls that must close quickly and may change equipment later. Ask span, bay, crane, cladding and the foundation interface together so the frame and envelope still match.

Send use, size, doors, crane and delivery place. If an extension is likely, leave the first-phase gable ready. A sketch inquiry stays at scheme level.

Factory and Warehouse Steel Solution from Scheme to Erection

Cut after shop-drawing approval. Packing marks must match. Local civil works build foundations. When two prices differ, align purlins, coating and erection first.

No universal cost factor is given. Attach a sketch or size list.

Tiankai Southeast fabricates marked members from approved drawings and supports erection by mark number. Sizes, loads and delivery follow the confirmed design file and contract; this page does not turn uncalculated tonnage, thickness or time into a promise.

  • Ask span, loads and cladding together
  • Reserve the first-phase gable
  • Align scope before comparing price

FAQ

  • What products do you supply?

The range covers steel workshops, H-beam members, beams and columns, purlins and bracing, space frames and connection parts. Typical uses are industrial plants, warehouses and public buildings, in both custom pieces and volume lots.

  • What is the typical lead time?

Lead time depends on drawing freeze, tonnage, coating and the production slot. After drawings are locked, standard jobs ship in agreed batches. Rush orders can be reviewed, but they do not override confirmed contracts. The schedule is confirmed in writing with the quotation.

  • Do you handle packing and export shipping?

Members are marked, bundled or framed in erection order, with a packing list for site matching. Inland haulage and booking can be arranged under common terms such as FOB, CFR or CIF. Port, sailing and insurance are set in the contract. Oversized pieces should be flagged early so transport can be planned.

  • Who is responsible for foundations and embedments?

The steel frame is usually fabricated in the plant and erected on site. Foundations, concrete and embedments are typically done by a local civil contractor. We can issue base-plate sizes, anchor layouts and embedment notes. The contract scope defines the interface.
